Individual and team study rooms in the Library A and the Library IC
A total of 6 study rooms are available for reservation at the MENDELU Library during its opening hours.
- 2 Individual study rooms (Library A) – max. 2 people
- 2 Team study rooms (Library A) – Room 1 (10 people) and Room 2 (6 people)
- Seminar room (Library A) – only for groups of 10 to 18 people (Operating Regulations of the Seminar Room). If another event follows, the room must be left empty at least 5 minutes before the end of your reservation period
- 2 IC study rooms (Library IC) – capacity of 6 people
All study rooms are equipped with computers, power outlets, and Wi-Fi. Except for the individual study rooms, they are also equipped with TV screens.
Moving, taking away, or rearranging equipment, technical devices or chairs, as well as any other tampering with the facilities, is strictly prohibited. The number of workspaces is limited to the capacity of the specific room.
Users are required to leave the study room clean and undamaged. Return the key to thestaff at the circulation desk, who will therefore inspect the condition of the room.
Reservations are held for only 15 minutes after the scheduled start time; after that, the room will be offered to other interested users.
How the reservation process works
- Select an available time slot in the calendar below.
- A confirmation will be sent immediately to the email address you provided.
- On the day of your reservation, pick up the key at the circulation desk by presenting your library card (ISIC, ITIC, student or employee ID card).
Each reservation slot is valid for one hour. If you wish to make a reservation for a room for a longer period, please create multiple consecutive reservations.
