Before publishing the results of research and development, you can use various information and tools:

1. First, you will need to find appropriate journals or do a research on the topic in your field of study. For that you will need the resources and databases, which the university has a subscription to.
2. When deciding which journal to publish in, you can use publishers journal search tool.
3. When creating your article you can use available citation managers to manage citations according to publishers requirements or spell checker for your text.
4. Before your research, and especially within the projects, you will want to familiarize yourself with the ethics of publishing and the ethics documents accepted by the university.
5. Finding the journal metrics (for example for the Open Access fund)

The tools will search for relevant journals in a specific field, then you need to check the focus of the journal and look at the articles that the journal publishes. To find a suitable journal, you need to prepare:

You can use databases to find journal metrics, which are used for comparison of the journals in the different research fields:

When publishing, state the scientist's ORCID identifier, which is shown in the publication as an icon next to the author's name. The use of AI tools is also regulated in academic publishing by individual publishers, who in most cases do not allow the listing of AI tools as authors or co-authors.
